One friend has had the all clear from bowel cancer, another going in for a mastectomy tomorrow and a friend of a friend has passed away from stomach cancer. Were all aged 52-55. Scary when things start happening to your generation.

Doesn’t half make you think!

Dale has thrown herself off a hill in Costa Rica… she did a tandem paragliding thing. Not sure how she managed it as she’s scared of heights!!! But it looked amazing! She is having a ball!
