Winter Bites

I got caught in an unexpected blizzard of snow/sleet/hail on my journey from Chesham to Tiptree today. Luckily I was off the motorways by the time it hit, as the roads did become quite icy.

Although I’ve pictured the huge palm plant in the garden as today’s blip I don’t actually like it, and it’s one of the things that’s going to come out when I finally own the place and start renovating inside and out. Slightly more promising feedback from the estate agent about the two recent viewings of my Chesham property - he thinks things are looking up a bit in the market, which has been as flat as a pancake all of last year.
