New places and people

A busy day. Out this afternoon to the new U3A Craft group. There were about 20 ladies doing a variety of crafts, I was made very welcome. I’m crocheting ‘potatoes’ …..don’t ask…..I will explain later. 

It was good to be back in a crafty environment, sharing info and ideas with likeminded individuals. 

I wasn’t quite sure where the hall was situated and what the parking was like, so just paid to park in the centre of town and walked. I passed this building and when I saw the plaque on it,  I was intrigued. Just as well, only pic of the day. 

It’s a weekly meeting, so the story will continue…..!!
