WE. DID. IT!!!!

Loch Lomond!
0 Degrees!
Frost!
Ice on the water (a bit)

And we are in!!

We had all a long lie and the weather was COLD.
But after a coffee and a morning chat we got ourselves to Luss!

I really was not sure if it would happen - but there you go!
We are all in the water!!

It was refreshing to say the least!
We felt great afterwards!!

I had not envisioned that my first cold water dip would be on a 7ths of January at Loch Lomond at 0 degrees!

But hey ho!
If I can do this - I can do anything!!

We went home after this and had a very relaxed rest of the day on the couch.
