A time for everything

Little Moreton Hall

Saturday
The forecasters had called for the possibility of snow starting in the early hours. I was hoping for snow, to have something pretty to look at rather than another grey wet day. However, it was clear we were pretty much on the edge of the system, and all we got was a bit of sleet, and then what I feared - a wet dismal day.
We went up to the sports centre in the afternoon - I swam, but since it was quite busy, R used the gym instead. While I was waiting for him afterwards, a message came up on my phone to say the rear right tyre of the Tesla had low tyre pressure. When we went out, R checked the tyre, and we could see the problem - a screw in the tyre! It seemed to me rather suspect how it happened to be quite clear on top of the tyre, but on the other hand it was in a public place, with people going by all the time. Roger also suspects it’s in a part of the tyre that can’t be fixed, so it’s most likely going to mean a new tyre!
When we got home I still didn’t have a blip, so I decided to feature one of my Lilliput Lane collection - this one is a place we have visited in person, Little Moreton Hall, a little south of Congleton.
