Being Epiphany, or Twelfth Night, today my son Joe who is a baker in a French patisserie, made 120 Galette des Rios and happily brought me one that we shared. And I got the fève! It’s a little porcelain king, 1” tall, which entitles me to be the queen for the day. Useful huh! :-)))
