Somerset House…

We took the train to Charing Cross and walked along the Strand to Somerset House and this year just watched the skaters. Lots of adults and children with varying levels of ability but all having a great time! This photo was taken inside the drinks marquee, which was deserted. No Fortnum & Mason market either but The Caurtholds building and shop gave for great browsing. Some amazing designs!

Home mid afternoon in yet more rain which has continued all evening.

We have been very reclusive this holiday. I can’t quite get round to doing much beyond ourselves and thinking of V & N. And not wanting to share my cold …!
