Straw Man

A truly ghastly day weatherwise to welcome in the New Year - wind, relentless rain, floods and not a glimmer of light. Happily we had something nice to look forward to and had been invited to lunch at Robert & Finola's - us returning their Yeti which they had kindly lent us whilst the family were staying. We sat snug in their warm home, feasting on soup and cheeses and gazing out at damp pheasants and robins. We persuaded Robert to don his straw ensemble from the Wran ( St Stephen's/Boxing Day shenanigans) and play a quick tune on his washboard - as you do!  Note the thimbles. You get a close up as extras are back!
