Zucchini Pickles

We were invited in for “happy hour” drinks by our neighbours last night and they very kindly gifted us not only a jar of their precious Zucchini pickles but the recipe as well.  I have lined up the ingredients in preparation for a day of pickling.  Can’t wait to see the end result.  I’ve never been a mad pickler up until now, but with a surplus of zucchini’s at the moment I felt compelled to try my hand.  I promise to show you the end result :)
