Last light...

...on first day of new year....

A very relaxed day if you count 4 loads of washing as relaxing haha!  House guests departed at 6.00am and as I'd offered to take them to the airport it was an uncharacteristically early start for me!   After the very cool start the sun did manage to bring some heat which was nice.....sadly, Mother Nature also brought some blustery wind.  All in all, plenty of reasons to enjoy a lovely, slow day.  

ASB Classic tennis started today too which provided another reason to relax and plop out in front of the tv.  

So here we all are - a new year, a fresh, new page in our life stories to write.  Or maybe this year will be a whole chapter?  I'd like to wish all my blip buddies - regular and occasional, near and far - a very happy new year.  May the page you write over the coming year be one you can be proud of, one where you achieve your goals, one where you continue to learn and grow and one where your happiness is a constant.
