Twelve Raisins

Ricardo counting out his twelve raisins for twelve months of good luck, ready to begin eating them when the church bell starts tolling, along with the champagne - out in the street, to hear the bells and see the fireworks at the castle.

A huge meal, as ever, to celebrate with the Amigos, at Ermelinda and Cecílio’s. We did consider driving the seven kms to celebrate in Spain, so we could go to bed an hour earlier.
