Festive figgy fudge

It's still Christmas at Margiota, who keep a selection of Waitrose things ..

Windy and cold; newspaper, vegetables and other supplies replenished first thing. Frost on roofs and the back lying garden. A snow shower mid morning, but it didn't lie. 4C high in the afternoon, though the wind from the east by then made it seem colder.

We didn't buy any of the fudge; there's plenty of chocolate and cake in the house already ..
