the best blipversary ever

What better way to celebrate 9 years of blip than getting one of these exactly 10 years after the first one.
The left hand one is Eilidh who is 10 today. The right hand image is the hospital given hat of the young lady who is her cousin, who arrived today, a day ahead of schedule with little fuss. All is well, but no publicity yet. I'm looking forward to meeting her soon.
Eilidh's 10th birthday party is tomorrow, next year there will be two celebrations on the same day. The other two cousins of the set have birthdays one day apart in September, Josie wasn't ahead of schedule like her sister.
Today was their great grandfather's birthday too.
Eilidh and Isobel visited us today with their dad, to receive her birthday gifts. I was also able to give them news of the birth. I think that was their best gift. In the extra are the three cousins playing on Josie's hobby elephant! Eilidh is wearing her extravagantly sequinned birthday present jumpsuit.
