Not a sunrise..

Woke up to a rather foggy morning...no hope for a sunrise, but  I thought I might get some interesting misty images around the neighbourhood and in our little local park..but no luck...The only photo I liked was this one  - a neat shadow as I was leaving the park...not what I had hoped for, but it saved the day blip-wise as I didn't get my camera out for the rest of the day! 

It was yet another dark and dreary day of rain..but I did get some reading done - surprisingly, that book Fire Weather is much more absorbing than I had thought it would be...and I found myself quite caught up in the story and learned an awful lot about wild fires! Very scary stuff...
