Trist
The German word „trist“ means „gloomy“ and works perfectly as a description of today‘s weather: Grey and dark, with a touch of drizzle.
Still, I got out, if only for a walk to the supermarket with the good bakery, to get some fresh bread and other essentials. This wall was on the way. It’s been a whiteish wall only a few years ago, but some of the local graffiti enthusiasts have made it their canvas, and the house owners seem to have given up the fight.
The extra shows another example of confusion in nature - a little primula in our front garden, which is hoping for spring and starting to flower in the middle of winter.
