Friends for Lunch

A couple of great friends from the botanical garden brought Thai food and Prosecco for lunch today. Unfortunately I didn't think to take a photo of us, but a grand time was had! My thumb was really bothering me today so I took a nap with my cast encased in ice after they left. I'm afraid the last of the Christmas flowers are about what's left for a blip today.

A very pleasant dinner last night and a superb distraction from the thumb pain, if you're keeping track ;-)
