Pentland Hills

Woke up to see a fair coverage of snow on the tops of the Pentland Hills, bu for most of the morning there was quite a bit of precipitation falling from Storm Gerrit. It was after morning coffee before the weather eased enough for me to venture out. Unfortunately, most of the snow had gone from the hills. The grass was also mostly muddy water, so I only took a few photos before heading home before my feet got too wet and before the next spell of rain appeared. At least the weather wasn't as bad as in the Highlands.

A damp afternoon, but it did clear up faster than forecast, and partner and I went for a wee walk pre-afternoon coffee. No rain and the wind eased for the 50 minutes we were out.
