The cheese is from The Courtyard Dairy, our favourite cheese shop in Settle. Last year we took their Christmas Selection down to Kent and it went down very well. So I decided to order the same this year for after Christmas. I actually ordered it at the shop and explained how I did not want it arriving before Christmas - it arrived today on time - perfect. A lovely selection, carefully packed - such a good place.
