Old picture

I didn't take any pictures today but this is one of the clay that No.2 was working on over Christmas.  Here's hoping that it is ok when it is fired.  He has remade this one after the last one cracked?  Such patience to spend time and do it all again.

Today was Wednesday so I did BP first thing - crowded class because everyone is off work?  Home for a shower and to finish clearing up.  OH visited MIL in the care home and I pottered until No.2 arrived again.  No.1 had another appointment at the RM and didn't arrive with JC until around 5.30 - another long day.  They are keeping a close eye on levels and the numbers are starting to go up but it appears now they are worried about the effects on her liver, as those numbers have been going down steadily.  Chemo is a marvellous thing to kill the cancer cells, but so toxic it does damage to other parts of the body.  I just want a magic carpet so we can fly forward a few months and she will be better and through this horrible time.

We opened presents and I received some funky sweaty better gym wear - leopard print cropped top - just need the balls to wear it and not look like a sad old lady trying too hard?!  Ha ha - bugger what people think - I have always loved animal print!

Ham, egg and chips for dinner and watching Malcolm's antics kept us entertained.
