361/365 Little Egret

Possibly the only bright thing on a day that was grey, windy, and raining. I notice that it has a plume, which suggests that it's coming towards the breeding season I believe, although it's a bit early isn't it?

We spent all afternoon and evening at my younger sister's house in Stratford where we were very well looked after by her and our brother-in-law.

We have visitors tomorrow ourselves although our daughter-in-law has been poorly so she might not make it, we're having to wait until the morning to see.
