Sorted out all the leftovers apart from the turkey - took most to Dad. Drove over there and cooked lunch - Sainsbury’s salmon en croute but it went down very well. Washed up with him and had a cup of tea and then went over to G and Cs. Things were definitely calmer but C very tired and went to sleep whilst I was there. Called in at S’s on the way home. Had decided to take the anti anxiety meds for the first time tonight and needed moral support- had a strong negative reaction last time, when my Mum was dying. Different drug this time though so hopefully will be different
