The crispy bits
Left over mashed spuds, a tin of corned beef and a frying pan made me one of my favourite breakfasts. The knob of butter on top didn't hurt either.
"More crispy bits next time" was the boss' only comment.
Rest of the day was spent doing nothing in particular except making turkey soup with enough left over to freeze for another day. No 1 son making a trifle from a packet led to a bit of hilarity.
And dinner tonight? Let's just say there was a lot of turkey left over after yesterday,
Ah well...
