Cresting wave.  Nice day at the beach, some pretty great waves.  Lots of people out and enjoying the day, bbqs and picnics, post-meal walkers, pre-meal (us) walkers, driftwood arrangers, readers, meditators, photographers...

First extra is her turning to shout at her boys to keep away from the water's edge.

For brunch I made a banana, blueberry and oatmeal bake, a recipe I'd not tried before.  It was really good (quick and easy, too), will definitely add that to my file.
