Shopping trip

I realised today that part of my stethoscope had come off. At lunch I went to a very dodgy looking "surgical supplies" shop. It was tiny inside and the walls were crammed right up to the top with all sorts of things, from sandals to surgical spirit, and lucky for me they sold Littman spare parts. For the bargain price of 600 rupees I managed to replace the diaphragm and ring, I was very impressed. As you can see in the picture,there was a unexpectedly large selection of commodes on offer too!
