Monsoon

I experienced my first monsoon downpour since arriving in India. The photo doesn't do it justice at all, it was like a wall of water (the picture is of the hospital courtyard). Luckily I was inside at the time.
There's a lot of dengue fever on the ward at the moment, because of all the standing water. The doctors here have to carefully balance the children's medical needs with their family's income - I've never been so appreciative of the NHS!
