Oscar and family

I had a dry but blustery walk to church this morning. I went to Rachel's to take Oscar out so she could wrap their presents. The drive was awful in parts, horizontal rain and so windy but I got there safely. 
After lunch Oscar and I went to the cinema to see the polar express. The cinema is on the promenade in Cleveleys and we were blown into it. He didn't like the film so we left. We did go and look at the sea,  it was too windy for a walk. We stopped for something to eat then I took him home after warning Rachel we were on our way. 
Thankfully he perked up after watching the Santa tracker and accepting that Santa won't come if he is awake. He was getting himself all worried and anxious about hearing him etc. 
I've had a lovely Christmas Eve.
