The Light On The Church

A day of mostly boring indoor stuff…wrapping presents and getting ready to head to our daughter’s tomorrow evening…she is working tonight and so will be asleep for most of the day. We are having our Christmas Day on the 26th!!

I have blipped this church quite a bit recently - during and after the renovation works. Today the sun was shining (briefly) and caught the tower beautifully. It really stood out against the dark clouds behind. I am not a religious man, but I did sort of feel that this was quite appropriate for today.

The wind has been really viscous here today..60 mph according to the weather app…hoping that it quietens down before we drive down the motorway tomorrow.
