Did some organising in the morning, punctuated by a 15 minute introductory conversation with a private counsellor. It was quite promising and I will start weekly sessions with her on 3 January. Walked down to Tiffin to meet AJ for lunch. I ate most it which was good- haven’t got much appetite at the moment. We stayed there for a good while and realised it had been raining. However as I walked home there was a beautiful sunset. Went to the supermarket in the car and did more shopping. Nearly there!
