Turned the house upside down as soon as I got up but still couldn't find the star shapes- grr! Have also lost my shopping list for Christmas day meal. I got in touch with the person who ran the star workshop and fortunately for me she had had to cancel one because of the weather so had some spare. It made me feel a lot better!
JS came round and we walked down to Tiffin for coffee and a scone. Had a good long chat - she always seems so happy snd positive but shared that she too had a bad episode of anxiety in the past. It’s so common.
Got home to find the stars had been delivered . Did a bit of tidying up and then walked up to Lady Bay PO to return an Amazon parcel and then down to Melton Road for a hearing check. Everything ok apart from ear wax having got into the wires again. They are quick and easy to change but apparently this isn't a usual occurrence and I have no way of checking them myself. It impacts on the effectiveness of the aids but because it happens gradually it’s difficult for me to detect.
Walked home via the local shops and this post box. Presumably it can still be used for normal post as well as letters to SC! Bought some food from m and s for Christmas day on my way home. Will need to rewrite my list tomorrow
