Ladies

Opening night at the film festival - a drinks reception at Surgeons' Hall (at which I greeted guests and directed them to where the booze was), a screening at the beautiful Festival Theatre and a swanky party at the museum. I wore a dress (virtually unheard of) and saw lots of pals. I'm home by midnight though, too tired for a late one. And it wasn't a good night photographically - too dark at the party by the time I got my camera out. Must sort out my photo/free drink priorities next time...
These two ladies are Parky (who you've met before) and Rachel, who used to work for the festival, now lives in Sydney, and is here for a jaunt. Smashing to see her. And Parky too, of course. Goes without saying.
