Just a little frothy

Perfect temperatures for our dip this morning. An air temperature of around 4-5 degrees, about 7-8 degrees in the sea, and lots of sunshine. We had the best of the day, as it was pretty mucky later, with rain and greyness, and some wind. An extra of some of us embarking in the water, complete with Christmas hats supplied by K. It was an amazing way to start the day.

Several meetings during the day. All generally fine. A couple of problems which were unanticipated are bubbling up. After all, it's Christmas and they always seem to bubble up this week. I've not yet started on the task of eye-balling some data which I would like to do this week.

I finished off with a 45 minute class on the new spinning bike using the peloton app. I'm pleased with the new bike. It's not a peloton, but it's definitely a lot better than the one I had before the peloton. Great addition to the house, although I need to be quite persuasive to get me into the spare bedroom in sports kit.... But once there, it's fine.
