Gluten free biscuits

Back blip! Ann had made biscuits when I was in bishops castle so I got the recipe and tried it yesterday! Had no star cutter so made hearts and men! Trying to decide if I should decorate them! They are very easy. Icing sugar, ground almonds, cinnamon, egg white and liqueur of your choice! Mine was grand marnier!

Had a good meet up in the morning with the zoom yoga group, not all of them! We went to Otter nurseries with a walk with the dogs before lunch. There is a pathway behind the nursery which is very convenient for dog walkers! The nursery has so much more than just plants and gardening paraphernalia like most nurseries they have diversified and sell clothes and tiys and food etc etc etc!
