Moving on

Firstly and most importantly, thank you to everyone for your lovely comments on my 4000th blip yesterday. Very kind and much appreciated - I even made the 'popular' page for the first time :)

Today was a pleasant one. This morning Abu and I went to the villa to check the progress of the new kitchen. All cupboards and appliances now in (except a dishwasher that I have to buy when I get back from the UK).  Replastering, painting and a new light fitting will be carried out while I am away.  I like it, the result is light, airy and the room is somehow more spacious. New outward opening patio doors in the salon/living room are next in the very long list of home improvements I want done while I still have the money (and the inclination). 

Home for lunch and a quiet afternoon and then this evening Graham, Kat and I went to the villa for them to see the kitchen, and then to Pasa on the sea front for dinner - first time there for a few weeks - and probably my last time until Spring 2024. We were almost, but not quite, the only ones there.
