in bloom

Another grey day to enjoy here in Essex! So I had to find colour somewhere and that was in the garden where there are still a few 'summer' plants in bloom including this osteospernum!   

Had a good day of catching up too - mum and I went for a wander this morning as had some shopping to buy and a few more cards to post through letterboxes.  Even saw some friends we were delivering to so had a nice catch up chat with them!  And this afternoon I've been writing the last - hopefully! - of the cards I need to send and doing a bit of wrapping, and even managed to make up some birthday cards ready for 2024!  This spell of being organised won't last long!!
