Hybrid Goose

Didn't get the sunshine that the weather forecasters promised us today, but at least it was dry!! 

and had a really lovely wander to the local nature reserve where I had the place to myself - other than the birdies and sheep!  the geese were all enjoying the very wet fields and this one was a lovely sight - think it's a greylag/canada geese hybrid!  Also managed to see a couple of sparrowhawks, a pheasant family, stonechats, pied wagtails and lots of magpies!
