Festivities

Finally a day where we’ve begun to get the house looking festive. The front door now has a wreath of holly and ivy, the main living area has festive lights, and the apple tree on the patio has been adorned with decorations.

The day has also featured a muddy dog walk, a trip to the local farm shop and garden centre, and fish fingers and chips for dinner.

Grateful today for:
- Time to begin to get the house feeling festive.
- Andy for mending a pair of my trousers.
- A beautiful pink sunset as I walked Merlin at dusk.
