Thursday: Together

Well, we couldn’t get a single shot where we were all looking decent or looking at the camera so this will have to do.  

We met up with the family late morning and had a stroll round Covent Garden before heading to the Christmas market on South Bank.  They had a nice beer hall where we could sit and chat, and where it was much warmer than walking around outside.  S had to leave mid afternoon for her train to Stroud and not long after that K and I also took our leave as everyone else headed back towards the train to Newcastle.  It’s been a lovely added bonus to this trip to see everyone.

Everywhere is very busy this time of year so K and I had a relatively early dinner and then settled down for the night.
