Cambodia crossing

Up at 6 and Annie and I ate our yoghurt with cereal. Annie spilt it all over her sleeping bag liner! Went to send my postcards but couldn't find a postbox so the man at the hotel said he would post them for me. So let's hope they will get delivered! A man came go get us to take us to the bus. We got quite a nice sitting bus. At the Cambodia border it was really easy, so much more simple than the Vietnam border. We had to get our hands scanned when we handed over our passports. There was a Korean man on the bus that started speaking to Annie that asked the classic question 'you from where?' she said England and then the man said he likes Scotland so Annie woke me up and told the man that I lived in Scotland so I had quite a long chat to him! We had to get a boat to cross the Mekong river. All the locals were carrying everything on their heads! We arrived in at Phnom Pen at 3.00pm. Got a tuktuk to Mad Monkeys hostel. The Cambodians are so friendly. Met Millie, Lottie and Daisy at the restaurant and we then walked over with them to the hostel. They are staying in the same dorm as us. All had supper together and got an earlyish bed!
