Working

In the office for a day of meetings with my immediate team. We were reviewing the year and identifying what we want to change for next year… and one of my colleagues decided we should do this in a creative and metaphorical way. Which did mean we had some very interesting conversations. This was part of my group’s collage - identifying that greater clarity on our priorities was needed.
