Twenty-One

The Twenty-One is a restaurant in the 21st (top) floor of Kaiserslautern's tallest building,  the Rathaus (the community hall).
I've been working almost all my life in Kaiserslautern,  but I've never been up there. It was our staff's Christmas dinner. Can recommend it, including the view.
