Winter light

A morning at home wondering if I would receive an email to say that the presents I wanted to collect would be in store to collect today.  Just before lunch I received the email and caught the train into Exeter.  By now the sun was out and it was a lovely bright day with the streets full of shoppers, well not too full really.  I picked up the things I wanted and had a little stroll around before catching the train back.  As I was heading back down the high street I saw this tree illuminated by the sun, so it became todays blip.

This evening is the camera clubs Christmas meal so I will need to get ready now.  My husband is feeling better so he to will come with me.
