Acapulco Mall

We are in Acapulco for a volleyball tournament. After a long, hot (stiflingly hot) bus ride we got to the hotel. Of course, no one had eaten anything, so the teams decided to head to the mall for some air conditioned comfort and a variety of foods at the food court. The mall, like all of Acapulco it seems, was under construction, so the food court was much hotter than anyone expected. In true Mexican fashion, no one complained, they just went about their business while sweat gathered on forehead. I wandered away from the food area, to find this domed ceiling in part of the mall where the air conditioning was working. I leisurely ate my McDonald's cheeseburger and fries in this eerie blue light cast by the construction tarps.
