Crab Cake Sandwich

I stopped at the Food Co-op to pick up lunch on my way home from the pétanque game. It was one of their best lunches ever. The large crab cake patty was in a multigrain bun, with mint pesto, lettuce and tomato, and the sandwich was accompanied by a delicious fresh Waldorf salad.

I was under the impression that Cynthia was having lunch with a friend, but I saved half of my lunch for her because I knew she would enjoy it. It was lucky that I did -- she came home late for lunch, and she was hungry.
