Wetlands run

When the weather's right, I love this time of year for running. Admittedly, there were a few icy puddles but they were easily avoidable and I had very pleasant outing over lunch, doing just over four miles. 

(That wasn't how I was supposed to be spending my time, but the ongoing unreliability of the trains meant that a trip to Penrith for lunch had to be cancelled.)
