It wasn’t raining when we got up - what a treat! Walked down to the National Gallery to see the Print Exhibition. Loved it. There were some lovely prints and also learned a lot about the various processes involved. Walked back home vis a couple of shops and drove out to M snd J’s- they used to be at the OU and then Edinburgh. Nice people and a lovely flat in a big old house. We could only stay for 30 minutes or so though as we went to see Daphne (Strauss) at the Usher Hall. Enjoyed it - some stunning voices particularly the main soprano. It was of course raining by then but not too far to walk to the car so didn’t really get wet. Got home to eat leftovers and watch tv
