Striped

Out almost all day driving around the park despite the crappy weather meaning we’d regularly to close the car windows or be rain blasted. After L said she was surprised we’d seen so few elephants they suddenly appeared - well done Shugs! - so we were pretty happy. Earlier we’d been more bird spotting than beast spotting but that’s also great. Late on we’d new sightings; a caracal (finally, a carnivore) and a herd of buffalo. So three of the big five, not bad going.
