Madrid

our second and last full day in Madrid turned out to be rather rainy. We had a wander through the Retiro park getting lost but eventually finding the 'Crystal Palace' which was impressive from outside but closed for repairs. After a slightly disappointing chocolate con churros in the park it started to rain so we headed to an art museum, the Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza.The extra was taken from in there where I was trying to match the visitors to the paintings!  
Main is of one of the many lovely looking tapas bars in the area. This was only a brief visit but we did manage to get into a couple of them on each of of our  days for supper.
