Bb in La Maison

After a good night's sleep, we had a relaxing morning and finished off our unpacking. It's always good to see it all disappear into drawers and our little wardrobe.

It was almost midday when we walked out and round some of the barrio streets and our first task was to get local sim cards for our old phones. We're happier carrying these around than the iPhones, despite the fact that we'll miss the camera quality of the iPhone. A bit of a false start when we realised we'd need ID and to pay in cash. Bb doubled back to the flat and so we got them done.

Lunch in La Maison and a nice welcome back from the waiters there. Some basic food things bought on the way back, then a long siesta!

We forced ourselves up and out again for an hour tonight - just up the road to Típicamente - so that we'll hopefully sleep OK tonight again.
