Poole Harbour

This morning we caught the bus to Poole where we wandered around the Old Town which still has some fine maritime buildings, even if they are no longer put to the original use.

We walked along the quayside and out towards Sandbanks before heading back for coffee and cake. I made this blip of the marina from near the cafe.

We got back to Bournemouth mid afternoon and stopped for a restorative pint and G&T respectively in Wetherspoon’s which was absolutely heaving. Never realised so many people spent their afternoons drinking!!

This evening we enjoyed a meal at Wagamama’s.
