Eyes right

Our final day in Vietnam began early with a trip to the floating market Cai Rang where locals moor for 3-4 months selling vegetables such as taro, sweet potato, squash and pumpkin as advertised on the poles. In between enterprising sampans are selling coffee and pineapple
Then we headed to a rice noodle factory and a Vietnamese orchard for fruit and another chance to paddle a boat.
On the way back to HCM city we stopped for lunch where we were able to make our own “ pancakes “.
Once back in the city we headed off to the Bitexco Financial Tower to go up to the Saigon Skydeck on the 49th floor , 584ft up which gave us a stunning 360 view of Saigon as the sun was setting .
I finished off with the best value manicure ever £10-50 for gel.
We’re off to Singapore in the morning and then home.
